River Inn Deck is a great place to rest and relax after a few runs. Located right next to Friday Flat it is within easy reach.

Merrit's is about as close to a beach as you will get in the mountains. Located at the bottom of Cruiser Chair, in a little suntrap it is a sheltered spot with outdoor seating and a large indoor restaurant... for cold days. Merrits has a good variety of food but it can get busy so plan and early or late lunch to avoid the crowds

This on the mountain restaurant and bar is located about 200m below the top station of Crackenback and is the perfect place for a lazy lunch. They have an a la carte menu and the position under Kosciuszko... Express chair gives you a good vantage point to watch the skiing circus fly by.

Located at the top of High Noon Ski Run. They have great burgers, kebabs and homemade cakes. A bit cold on a frosty day but the view is awesome.

Friday's Bistro has a popular menu with guests including stews, curries, pasta & pies. It also includes favourites like burgers and chips. Friday's also has a coffee bar and outdoor window serving... up coffee, pastries, doughnuts and hot churros.

Eagle?s nest is at the top of the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift. Open all year they serve great mountain food for lunches and snacks and a great value breakfast! The views are great and it is a warm place... to go.

Located at the top of Snowgums Chairlift just off the top of the Crackenback Supertrail Black Sallee's is a Bistro style restaurant. You can sit down for a quick bite and coffee or beer on the sunny deck... enjoying the the magnificent views.

Open early ALL year round. This is a place for a quick breakfast before hitting the mountain. A sandwich bar also available. Very good burgers, bacon and egg rolls, fresh baked bread, cakes and pastries.

Open during Winter and the busier Summer periods. This Turkish take-away diner with a varied menu includes chinese, a selection of kebabs, sweets and also an Australian touch with hamburgers, chips etc.... They are located in the hotel complex, lower level, opposite the bridge next to Alfresco Pizzeria. Hours vary.

Central Road is Thredbo's go to Cafe for great coffee. They have a sumptuous breakfast and lunch menu and in the peak periods they operate a la carte for evening meals. evening meals in peak periods. They... also have license so a beer is not out of the question.
